2. Overview

• This is a static website without a database.
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools, advertising networks, social media plugins, embedded videos or maps, or external font services.
• No cookies are set and no data is stored in your browser’s storage (e.g. localStorage). A cookie banner is therefore not required.
• The language version is determined solely by the address you open (German pages under “/”, English pages under “/en/”). It is not stored.
• We process personal data when you access the website (server log files) and when you contact us via the contact form or by email.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by: Name and address of the hosting provider (e.g. ALL-INKL.COM or webgo) – add before publication

When you access the website, the web server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser and stores it in server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• page or file requested
• previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted
• browser and operating system used (user agent)
• HTTP status code and amount of data transferred

Purpose: delivering the website, ensuring stability and security, and analyzing errors.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.
Retention: the hosting provider deletes or anonymizes log files after add retention period stated by the hosting provider, unless they are required to investigate a specific security incident.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. Verify that the agreement has been concluded

4. Encrypted transmission

This website uses TLS encryption (indicated by “https://” in the address bar), so transmitted data cannot be read by third parties. Verify after HTTPS has been activated

5. Contact form

When you send us an inquiry via the contact form, we process the following information:

• name, company and email address (required)
• phone number (optional)
• service of interest and your message (required)
• your confirmation that you have read this privacy information
• language version used and time of receipt

Process: a PHP script on our web server validates your details and immediately forwards them by email via an encrypted SMTP server to our mailbox info@lci-development.de. The content is not stored in a database or file on the web server. Your IP address is not included in the email.

Spam protection: to protect against automated requests, the form uses a field that is invisible to humans and a signed timestamp that only contains the time the form was loaded and no personal data. No external services (e.g. CAPTCHA providers) are used.

Purpose: processing and answering your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
Recipients: email delivery and storage in our mailbox are handled by our hosting provider as a processor.
Retention: we keep your inquiry in our mailbox for as long as necessary to handle it. It is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law for business correspondence) apply.

We need the required information to process your inquiry. Alternatively, you can always email us directly.

6. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the information you provide in order to handle your inquiry. Legal bases, recipients and retention periods are the same as for the contact form.

7. Fonts

This website uses the Montserrat and Barlow typefaces. They are loaded locally from our own web server. No connection is made to Google or any other font provider.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights, provided the respective legal requirements are met:

• access to the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

9. Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this privacy policy whenever the website’s features or legal requirements change. If additional services (e.g. analytics tools or external content) are added later, this policy will be updated beforehand.
